Program Details
Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to: Demonstrate an understanding of the effects of time and place on shaping and molding the Chicano(a) experience. Demonstrate the ability to think critically, analytically, and creatively about the multicultural experience in a local and global society. Demonstrate an understanding of the varieties of the Spanish language throughout Latin America. Through oral presentations and small group dicussions, students will analyze the multilingual and multicultural experience.
